about

"In the wake of the Nixon Doctrine, members of a splintering SDS--steeped in a 1970s undergraduate curriculum inclusive of Thoreau, Plato, and Monty Python--work with a Maoist CCP to establish the first human city on Mars. How long could this (or any) alliance last under the threat of nuclear war--and what about those indigenous Martians?"

This is the second installment in a trilogy of speculative ethnographic collages that began with The Silver Panthers of Luna (YWC002). The third installment, Longaevi of the West will also be released in Spring 2024 as YWC 011.
